St Patricks Day Weekend

Savannah host the second largest parade in the states...so I've been told. We braved the crowds and took the kids out for a fun afternoon. The only downfall of the events this year was the blackout. The whole city's electicity shut off from about 10:30pm-10am. Can you imagine being a tourist in that situation? Bummer!
We also had a crowd of Sirans friends in for the festivities. Thankfully they got a hotel for part of the time! But it was really good to see everybody. This Andrew occupying the kids.
Zoe looking beautiful and all grown up. We had a picnic with all the boys the day after the parade.

Its Been A While...

I have to brag about Zoe's hair. I never thought I'd find anything that would show how beautiful her hair could be without turning into a tangles mess a few hour after her bath. A new friend from church told me about a product that might work and finally... FINALLY...something that works. Check out now(above) and before on a normal day(below). Mmmhmm. Good stuff!!

Our new apartment! This is the back yard...Sirans personal project. He is so excited to have this open slate to do practically anything he wants to do with it. Its all dirt at the moment, I'm anxious to see what he comes up with to make this a fun little yard for the kids to spend time in.

The weather is so fantastic this week. We went out and had a picnic. The kids just love when daddy has time to go out and play.

Happy New Year!!

Zoe feeding her baby:)
Zoe's new tricycle.
Max at Forsyth Park.
My new years resolution: get this child potty trained...again. I was desperate for something to get her excited about using a big girl potty and this is my last resort! I let her paint her potty. I was having a brave moment because I generally steer clear of activities that make a big mess, especially when both kids are up. It turned out to be pretty fun after all. She is 5 days in and doing very well!

Cousins and Christmas!

I love when my kids get to see there cousins.

Mary and Joseph! I wish I had brought my video camera. The Christmas pageant the kids put on was priceless.
I love looking back at the gifts I got for Christmas when I was younger so I try do it for my kids too. This is both kids combined because they both play...or actually ARGUE...with it all. Thanks grandma and grandpa for your gifts too. The blocks are a big hit!
